Eletronic signature InSign has been in live production at Česká spořitelna a.s. since March 2021, the system is in “on-premise” operation and fully integrated with the bank’s internal systems. This means that it is fully applied to the processes from the creation of documents for signature, through the signing of documents to the subsequent storage of signed documents in the internal archive. Signature is used for signing contractual documentation for secured and unsecured loans.
We are currently working on extending this to other internal and external business processes. There is very good feedback on the InSign product from IT operations in terms of the high security and stability of the solution. We also have positive feedback from the end users themselves.
