Our TIP IT Solutions recruitment team participated in the COFIT career fair organized by Czech Technical University in Prague. They met a lot of enthusiastic students and were able to show them that we have a lot to offer. Whether it be opportunities for flexible part time jobs while completing their studies or especially employment after graduation. 48 companies participated in the career fair this year.
The students were most interested in the technologies and programming languages they will be able to encounter when working on our projects with clients, the possibilities of part-time jobs and they also showed great interest in the workshop “Create a good LinkedIn profile with us”, which most of them have not had the opportunity to encounter while studying.
The technical tasks we prepared for the students made their heads spin and tested their programming knowledge. We believe in young IT talents and look forward to having some of them as part of our team soon.
