Basic provisions
The personal data controller referred to in Article 4 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”) is TIP IT Solutions s.r.o. ID number: 24766674, with its registered office at Hvězdova 1716 / 2b, Prague 4, PSC 140 78, Tax ID: 24766674, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 24925, and as an administrator we process your personal data.
What personal data do we process
Personal information you provide to us.
We retain personal data that you provide to us, i.e. name, surname, email address, telephone number and company name.
Personal data that we retain automatically
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information about you, such as your IP address, date and time of access to our website, information about your web browser, operating system or your language settings. We may also retain information about your behavior on our website, i.e. what links you visit on our website. However, information about your behavior on the website is anonymized for maximum privacy, and therefore we cannot assign it to a specific user, i.e. a specific person. If you access our website from a mobile phone or similar device or through one of our mobile applications, we may also retain information about your mobile device (data about your mobile phone, any records of application failures, etc.).

We also automatically retain cookies.
Version for mobile phones and mobile applications
If you access our website from a phone, tablet or similar device, we optimize it for these devices. In this case, we retain your personal data in a similar way as in the case of access from a computer.
Why we collect and process your personal data
We retain your personal data for the following reasons: For customer registration and registration of partners with whom we enter into binding contract. We retain personal data on these legal documents. Contacting you, only if you ask us to do so. We need a large part of your personal data in order to be able to communicate with you at all and provide you with the services you request from us.
Legitimate interests
We also use your personal data to provide you with relevant content, thus a content that is of interest to you. Based on a legitimate interest, we retain personal data, which we retain automatically and cookies.
How long will we retain your personal data
First of all, upon entering into a contract with you, we will retain your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between us. Otherwise, they will only be used to contact your person based on the request specified in the contact form. In the case of retaining personal data for which consent has been granted, your personal data will generally be retained for a period of seven (7) years, or until such consent is revoked. If you subscribe to business communications, we will retain your personal data for a period of seven (7) years, or until your revocation with their sending is expressed. You can easily express this revocation by using the contact form. We also point out that the personal data that are necessary for the proper provision of services, respectively in order to fulfill all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from a contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations, we must retain them regardless of your consent for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations or in accordance with them (e.g. for tax documents, this period is at least ten (10) years). Data obtained through a user account or in another similar way we retain for the period of usage of our services and usually five (5) years after their cancellation. Subsequently, usually only basic identification data and information on the reason for which the user account was canceled or data forming part of operational advances are stored for a reasonable period of time. Recordings of telephone calls are kept for a short period of time, but for a maximum of one (1) year, unless it is necessary for us to keep the recordings for a longer period of time due to a legitimate interest (e.g. in case of suspicion of data misuse, fraud, etc.)
Security of personal data
Your personal data is safe with us. In order to prevent unauthorized access and misuse of your personal data, we have put in place appropriate measures of both a technical and organizational nature. It depends on the protection of your personal data. Therefore, we not only regularly check their security, but we continuously improve their protection. All communication between your device and our web servers is encrypted. We strive to use security measures that provide sufficient security given the current state of technology. The security measures taken are then regularly updated.
What are your rights in connection with the protection of your personal data
In relation to your personal data, you have in particular the right to withdraw your consent to the retaining of personal data at any time, the right to rectify or complete your personal data, the right to request restrictions on their retention, the right to raise objections or complaints against the retention of your personal data, the right to access your personal data, the right to request the transfer of your personal data, the right to be informed about breaches of your personal data and, under certain conditions, the right to delete certain personal data that we retain in connection with you (so-called right to be “forgotten”).

Erasure
You may also request your information to be deleted. If we need your personal information to determine, enforce or defend our legal claims, your request may be denied.
You have the right to have your data deleted in the following cases:
Personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were retained. You have revoked your consent on the basis of which the data were retained and there is no other legal reason for their retention. You have raised an objection to the retention of personal data and you consider that the assessment of the objection reveals that in a particular situation your interest outweighs our interest in the retention of this personal data. Personal data are retained illegally. The obligation to delete is stipulated by a special legal regulation.
How to exercise the right to have your data deleted?
Contact us via e-mail address [email protected]. File a complaint. If you believe that we are retaining your personal data illegally, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. However, we will be happy if you raise any issues with us first.
